Our new Heavy Duty Kettles are now pre-made as Mash Tuns! With a tri-clad bottom, thick stainless steel, and strong handles, these kettles can take anything you can throw at them!

Mash Tuns include a false bottom and a high quality thermometer. The 18-gauge stainless steel false-bottom features a perforation of 3/32 holes on 5/32 centers.

10 Gallon Mash Tun Cooler

A great way to get into all grain brewing! These coolers work very well as mash tuns, as you’ll notice barely any temperature loss throughout your 1hr+ mash. Internal dimensions are 18.375″H x 12.875″D. External dimensions are 20.875″H x 15.875″D with lid on. Comes with our stainless steel weldless spigot and our 12″ stainless steel false bottom. The barb size on the mash tun for the output is 3/8″. Tubing included with this Mash Tun is Silicone, and designed for the higher temperatures that you’ll encounter during sparge.

8 Gallon Stainless Brew Kettle

Fermentap’s stainless steel kettles are restaurant quality – featuring a tri-clad bottom of a 5mm layer of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless. The tri-clad bottom reduces any potential scorching and also make the kettle much easier to clean. They are also punched from a single sheet so there is not interior weld line.

But the really cool feature that sets these apart is the fittings we weld into these kettles. The bottom fitting has male threads on the outside and female threads on the inside. The female threads allow your customer to add all kinds of stuff on the inside – screens, pick up tubes, or whatever else they can dream up. We also include a 2 piece stainless steel ball valve.

The welded in thermometer port comes with a plug but allows for an easy up sale to a dial thermometer.

Note: While most of you probably know this, we would like to remind that the ball-valve should be boiled separately before each use or broken down, cleaned and sanitized. An intact ball-valve left on a kettle is a bacteria harbor and a common source of contamination. You would think the heat of the boil would kill the bacteria behind the ball but this is not often the case.

Wall thickness is 1.2 mm and the bottom is 5 mm. This kettle is 20″ Tall x 19″ wide.

Camp Chef Burner

Boil up to 25 gallons anytime, anywhere with this portable, propane burner. Included leg extensions raise burner to a height of 22″, easily allowing for gravity-fed transfer of liquid from kettle to fermenter. Sturdy design works perfectly with any of our kettles or a converted keg. An included high-pressure regulator allows for great flame control.You will need to supply a barbecue style propane tank. Burner has 60K btu rating. Be aware that for the same exact burner btu ratings will vary drastically from company to company.

Camp Chef recently? changed the regulator to 10PSI max causing them to de-rate this burner to 60K BTUs (it used to be rated at 125,000 btu’s). We tested one of the new burner and regulator combinations and were able to boil 10 gallons of water from 66F in 35 minutes.

Wort Chiller – Immersion Chiller

The coils in this popular wort chiller have been specially positioned to be at the top of your wort, where the majority of the heat will be. This results in a faster cooling time over chillers with lower coils.

25' of 3/8'' copper tubing. 8' of vinyl tubing attached to both the in and the out with a female garden hose fitting on the in side. Use our CE20 hose thread adapter to attach to your sink. Perfect for a kitchen environment where the sink is close by. This Wort Chillers is great for use with the 8 Gallon Heavy Duty Kettle!

Measurements: Approx. 10" diameter, 8" to the top coil, 15" to the bend to go over the lip of the kettle.

Victoria Grain Mill

This is a perfect choice for the malt extract brewer who would like to mill their steeping grains the day of the brew. Fresh cracked grain results in fresher flavors in your beer. Cracking your grain also allows you to buy in quantities, have grain on hand, and design your own recipes on the fly.

While this mill could be used by all-grain brewers, who mill 10 to 15 pounds of grain per batch, it is not ideal for that purpose. In those cases we suggest a larger mill, such as our MILL400. For those brewers who have been around the block and know about the old Corona Mill, which looks similar to this mill, they are not the same! We put this mill through several tests on both function and grind quality before deciding to sell it.

Water Filter Kit

Filter your tap water and eliminate that no-win decision of “should I buy expensive bottled water or use the chlorinated water from the tap.” This water filter kit features a 10″ carbon block filter that removes all chlorine and organic flavor. Kit includes 10″ housing, one carbon block filter, garden hose attachment, barbed fittings and 6′ of 3/8″ vinyl tubing. The carbon block should be replaced after filtering approximately 800 gallons of water or after 1 year of use, whichever comes first. Filter should be disassembled and stored dry when not in use.

NOTE: This product should not be used in hot water applications. Cold water only!

This product includes a carbon filter and is designed to filter water only (Carbon filters should not be used to filter beer or wine).
